Ceiling

Image 1
Skill of 100 or quality of 100 is hard limit in Life is Feudal: Your Own, there's nothing beyond 100, and while you might be used to situation when 100 of something is default state, here it's not like this.
I want you to always have something harder to achieve, and I don't want you to hit a ceiling so easy.
Think about it: what can you do when you max out your skill and items? You'll be bored.

It's time to stop thinking of quality or skill 100 as default, and start thinking about it like long term goal.

Weapon blueprints

They are designed to delay some of your pvp actions, to make sure you not one of those players that just want to ruin fun for everyone else and leave. You need to work a little for it.
No, they are not expensive, and no, they are not hard to achieve. When you progress to T2 of monument and unlock ship trade, you'll be able to buy ton on them. It just takes time.
Be sure that you understand that defender always has an advantage. You won't be able to siege outside of few hours during saturday (and by siege I mean drop objects like ladders, not catapulting), and defender will be able to pick up all loot, while you wont (again, saturday has some unique rules).

All of those changes are desiged to make sure that you're not trolling, and you're not just here to ruin fun for everyone else.
Does it mean it's PVE here? Hell no! Remember that outside your claim, be prepared to loose everything.

Trade is everything here

All of requirements to progress, and whole economy is based on automatic trade, be it land routes (avialible earlier) or sea routes (avialible later in game). You won't be able (mostly) to progress to monument T3 without trading.
Land trade routes due to requirement of knowledge of who you are require steam login. I do understand security concerns, I'm aware of scams stealing steam accounts and I do respect if you don't want to use this feature. You should be able to progress using only sea trade routes (they don't require steam login).

Set up your trade early, and be prepared to use it to your advantage.

Bots and afk are a-ok

There are some questionable game designs of vanilla base game, that require you to grind a lot of items. While I try to fight them with automatic buildings, I also understand that you don't want to look at 10 hours of material manual gathiring
If game requires you to use bots, use them. It's game designer fault, not player. It's completely legal here (remember, no rules, right?).

Bot as much as you want to!

Some work without instruction is required

Image 3
There's a lot of new content here that require some work to understant. While I'd love to write instructions about how everything works and what's changed from vanilla game, day has just 24 hours and I have to balance documentation with creating new things.
I hope you'll be able to find some information about how things work on this site, but I'm afraid that you'll have to do some work to understand how things work.

Don't be shy to ask question on global chat, and experiment with new things
